The Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW) is a dues-paying association of attorneys who practice workers’ compensation law and dedicate at least 70 percent of their workers’ comp practice to representing workers and employees hurt on the job. Nearly 50 members strong, AALIW advocates on behalf of injured workers and serves as the unified voice for protecting injured workers’ rights at the state Legislature and before the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Many – but not all — of our members are board-certified workers’ compensation specialists.

AALIW’s purpose and activities include:

1. Offering continuing legal education programs for members.
2. Sharing resources and providing professional networking opportunities for members.
3. Advocacy and protection of injured workers’ rights through amicus filings.
4. Public outreach and education about Arizona workers’ compensation law and injured workers’ rights.
